Signing Into the Sitefotos Website and Resetting Your Password

The Sitefotos website at www.sitefotos.com is where administrators and office users work. You sign in with your email address and a password. This is a separate login from the mobile app, which uses an email address and Company ID instead.
Sign In
Go to www.sitefotos.com and choose Sign in.
Enter your email address and password.
If you are new, your password arrived in a welcome email titled Sitefotos website login when your administrator set you up.
Reset a Forgotten Password
On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password.
Enter your email address and submit.
Look for an email with the subject Reset Password - Sitefotos from [email protected] and follow it. Check the spam folder if it is not in the inbox.
If the Reset Email Never Arrives
The address must match the one on file. The reset only sends to the email registered on an active account. A typo, or using a different address than your administrator entered, means no email.
Ask your administrator. They can confirm which email your account uses, and for team members they can resend the login email from Sitefotos, which issues a fresh password.
