How to Contact Support and Track your Requests

Last updated

There are three ways to reach Sitefotos support. All of them land in the same queue with the same team, so pick whichever is most convenient.

Search First, Ask Second

The help center at help.sitefotos.com has a search box and an Ask AI option that answers from these help articles with citations. For how-do-I questions this is usually faster than waiting for a reply.

The Sitefotos help center home page with its search box
help.sitefotos.com: search first, then raise a request.

Raise a Request from the Help Center

  • Open help.sitefotos.com and choose Contact support, or go directly to the New request form.

  • Give the request a subject, pick a category (General, Billing, Technical, or Bug report), and describe the problem. As you type, the form suggests help articles that may already answer it.

  • Submit the request. Replies arrive by email, and you can continue the conversation by replying to those emails.

Or Just Send an Email

Email [email protected] from the address your Sitefotos account uses. Every email opens a support request automatically, and your replies stay attached to the same request.

Track your Requests

The My tickets page on the help center lists every request raised across your account, with Open, Closed, and All views. Use it to check status without digging through email.

What to Include

The fastest resolutions come from requests that include: the email address you sign in with, your company name or Company ID, the exact site and form names involved, what you expected, what happened instead, and a screenshot when the problem is visual.

For mobile app problems, add the phone model and whether teammates experience the same issue.
