Updating an Existing Contractor Profile

If you have already created a profile for the contractor, follow these steps to link their existing account:

1. Request the contractor's Long Company ID (24 characters).

2. Open the contractor's profile in your account and navigate to the Sitefotos Account section.

3. Replace the current Company ID with the existing ID the contractor provided.

4. Click anywhere outside the text field to refresh the database. The Short ID will automatically update.

5. Click Save.

Note: The contractor will receive an email notifying them that they have been added as a subcontractor.

Creating a New Contractor Profile with an Existing ID

If the contractor reaches out with their ID before you set up their profile, follow these steps:

1. Request the contractor's Long Company ID (24 characters).

2. Open the contractor's profile in your account and navigate to the Sitefotos Account section.

3. Instead of clicking the Create Sitefotos Account button, paste the provided Company ID into the field.

4. Click anywhere outside the text field to refresh the database. The Short ID will automatically update.

5. Click Save.

Note: The contractor will receive an email notifying them that they have been added as a subcontractor.
