Understanding how access your mobile app account
What You Need
Your work email address. It must match the email your company has on file for you in Sitefotos.
Your Company ID. This code identifies your company’s Sitefotos account. Your welcome email shows it as “Company ID” along with a shorter “short id” that works the same way. Either one is fine.
If you were set up as a contractor, look for an email with the subject Sitefotos: Login and Get the App! It contains your Company ID and links to download the app. If you cannot find it, ask the person who manages Sitefotos at your company to send it again.
Install the Sitefotos app from the App Store or Google Play, then open it.
Enter your email in the Email address field.
Enter your Company ID, or the short id, in the Company ID field.
Tap Setup Sitefotos.
If You Cannot Sign In
Check the email address. Sign-in fails when you use a personal address but your company registered your work address, or when there is a typo. Ask your administrator to confirm the email on file for you.
Copy the exact Company ID. It is long, case sensitive, and easy to mistype. Copy and paste it from your welcome email, or use the short id instead.
Ask for a fresh welcome email. Your administrator can resend it from Sitefotos.
Note. The system sends at most one login email per person per hour, so a second request inside that hour will not send another copy.
For Administrators
Your account’s Company ID and Short ID are in the backoffice under Settings on the Profile tab, each with a copy button. The code is case sensitive, so share it by copying, not retyping.
If someone on your team cannot sign in, check these three items:
Their contact exists in your account and is active.
The email on their contact is spelled correctly.
They are using the Company ID for your account.
Resending the welcome email gives them a fresh copy of the Company ID.
