Clearing Out of a Form or Site You Are Checked Into

The app keeps you checked into one form at a time, so a check-in on the wrong site, or a form you cannot finish, blocks you from starting anywhere else. Clearing out releases the check-in without submitting the form.

Clear Out of a Checked-In Form

1. From the form, tap Back in the upper left corner to return to your Sites list.

2. Find the site you are checked in to. It shows in orange in the list. Swipe left on its row.

3. Tap the red Clear button.

4. Confirm. The app warns you that clearing cancels the check-in and deletes the form data on your device.

You are now free to check in to the right site or form.

What Clearing Does and Does Not Do

Clearing cancels the check-in and throws away the unsubmitted form: no services from it are recorded. Photos you already took are not affected; they still upload to your company’s account.
