Generating operational, payroll, billing, and photo reports

Overview
The Reports module — the Report Generator — turns the data captured across Sitefotos into ready-made reports. You pick a report, set a date range, and generate it; the result renders on screen and can be exported. There is a report for nearly every question an operation asks, from “who is clocked in right now?” to “what did we bill this client?”
Generating a Report
In the left navigation menu, click Reports.
Open the Select Report dropdown and choose a report.
Set the Start Date and End Date for the period you want.
Click Go. The report renders below and can be exported.
The Report Catalog
Reports are grouped below by the question they answer. All are available from the same Select Report dropdown.
Services & Activity
Basic Services Completion Report — what was completed.
Basic Services with Details — completions with full detail.
Service Details and Workers — services with the workers who performed them.
Site Activity Report / Site Session Services Report — activity by site and by service session.
Sites with no Activity — properties with nothing reported (coverage gaps).
Payroll & Time
Employee Payroll Summary Report — payroll totals per employee.
Employee Service Report — services per employee.
Employee Timesheet (ClockIn/Out) — clock-in/out timesheets.
Currently clocked in workers report — who is on the clock right now.
CheckIn without CheckOut — missing check-outs to reconcile.
Time Spent on Services (By Sites) / Time Spent on Sites — where labor hours went.
Forms & Photos
Forms Report / Form to Table — form submissions, including a tabular export.
Forms not submitted report — forms that were expected but not completed.
Photos Report / Photo Count by Site / Untagged Photos Report — photo coverage and gaps.
Pricing & Billing
Pricing Report Client / Pricing Report Client Batch — what you bill clients.
Pricing Report Contractor / Pricing Report Contractor Batch — what you pay contractors.
Material Usage (By Sites) — consumables used per site.
Map Takeoffs Report — measured takeoffs from Map Builder.
Snow & Weather
Snow Events Report — services by storm event.
Snow Forecast — forecast data.
Snow Observations Service Status — reported services against observed snowfall.
