Connecting Sitefotos to your GPS, accounting, weather, and work-order systems

Overview
API Integrations is the connector marketplace that links Sitefotos to the outside systems you already use — GPS/telematics providers, your accounting software, weather data, external work-order platforms, and social accounts. Each integration is a card with a Connect (or Enable) button; once connected, data flows between that system and Sitefotos automatically.
Opening API Integrations
In the left navigation menu, click API Integrations.
Scroll to the category you need and click Connect on the provider’s card.
Follow the provider’s sign-in prompt to authorize the link.
Fleet Tracking (GPS & Telematics)
Connect a GPS/telematics provider to pull vehicle location and activity into Live Map, Snow Command Center, and Fleet. Supported providers include:
Verizon Connect (NetworkFleet), Verizon Connect (FleetMatics), GeoTab, FleetComplete, ClearPathGPS, USFleetTracking.
Azuga, FleetSharp, Samsara, LINXUP, Red Dog, Viaesys.
Rhino Fleet, NexTraq, OneStepGPS, InTouchGPS.
Sales & Work-order Systems
Connect the platforms that send you work or receive your accounting data.
Integration | What it does |
QuickBooks | Two-way accounting sync — pushes invoices, bills, and service items to QuickBooks. A connected account shows a Connected status with a Reconnect option. |
ServiceChannel | Pulls external work orders into Sitefotos (see Workorders → Refresh External WO’s). |
FMPilot | Pulls external work orders from the FMPilot platform. |
Weather
Connect a weather provider to overlay snow forecast and snow observation data on Live Map and Snow Command Center, and to populate snow totals used in monitoring and billing.

Salt Measurement Systems
AccuSalt integrates salt-spreader measurement so material usage is captured accurately. Use the Enable button on its card.
Social Media
Connect social accounts so you can share field photos directly from the Photos module.
